Return Policy
We are highly confident that you will love your Oahu Golf Apparel product(s), but we also understand that at times, things may not always work out.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund in your original form of payment.
Returns must be processed within 30 days of the item(s) being received.
All returns require a proof of purchase (name, order / reference number, and purchase date). We will make arrangements for your item(s) to be returned to us and once received and reviewed, we will promptly issue a refund for the price paid onto the payment method that was used.
Unfortunately, sale items (if applicable) cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Each item returned must be unused, unworn, include the original hang tag, and ziplock packaging.
Any item received that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts / packaging (for reasons not due to our error) will not be accepted.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, refunds may take 10 to 14 business days to be credited to your account.
We apologize, but any customized Oahu Golf Apparel items (embroidered) and made-to-order items (such as company uniforms, promotional collaborations, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Oahu Golf Apparel Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchange Policy
Due to very limited availability in select styles, sizes, and colors, we strongly recommend purchasing the desired replacement prior to returning the exchange. This is to ensure obtaining your preferred item as we cannot guarantee that your requested replacement will be in stock at the time we receive your item for exchange.
However, if you would like to exchange any regular priced (non sale) item, depending on our current inventory, you may be able to do so within 30 days of receipt.
Any exchanged item(s) that meet our eligibility requirements must be mailed back to our corporate office for review and consideration.
Once the item has been approved for exchange, we will either:
a) Exchange and ship out your preferred item at no cost. (Depending on availability)
-OR-
b) If requested exchange item is unavailable we will credit back your account in the original form of payment.
All exchanges are subject to inventory availability and adherence to our returns policy.
